What we do ...
As a not-for-profit organisation Leaderful Women has three points of interest:
Strengthening the leadership of women through a range of in-depth, high quality learning, where the fees & costs for learning do not become prohibitive and where women can support each other through communities of learning. We achieve this through a unique approach to small groups of peer level learning, which we call PODS; through one-to-one coaching with coaches who are trained to coach in-depth; and longer-term programmes for women who want the intensity of theory and leadership-in-practice, along with in-depth self understanding.
Continuous research and inquiry, developing a better understanding of the cultural and unconscious issues that hold women back in their leadership and in their professional endeavours, then to bring this new understanding into women's learning. By doing this we stay on the forefront of women in leadership.
To provide a range of learning resources that are meaningful, accessible and progressive. We turn the deep insights of research into leading edge learning for our clients.
The Leaderful Women project is supported by a team of highly experienced professionals delivering leadership learning and development for women in middle to top levels. We run Women's Leadership development programmes (one-to-one and in-house), Leaderful Women Learning Pods (specialised learning in small groups) and one-to-one coaching, through our own and bespoke creative learning designs.
