What we are doing
Leaderful Women is a growing developing project.
Your views, suggestions and comments are welcome.
We are moving from aspiration to action – and it's all about the contribution of feminine ways of understanding the world and the organisation.
These feminine ways open up a range of new choices for organisations – ones greatly needed in our modern business environment.
Workshops
These are for men and women in influential positions who realise that there is a huge untapped resource available within organisations.
We work to develop self-belief, self understanding, meaningful ways of working and leaderful qualities. These require reflection. We guide the reflective process, we challenge and help each person become more aware of the choices they make and the language they use in action, in the moment.
We help women and men find the courage to uphold feminine values in their workplace. For women, this involves recognising moments of self-diminishing acts, and to seek a positive relationship with masculine values within themselves and within others. We bring new understanding to men, to work with and appreciate feminine values in others and within themselves, to build an understanding of how the masculine and feminine can work together to the advantage of their work and business.
Learning involves small groups, one-to-one coaching and teams working together. It is aimed at individuals and organisations who have experienced and struggled with the denial of the positive contribution that different feminine ways of working bring to management and leadership.

Research
We are excited and involved in research that informs our actions. We are carrying out our own research into leading edge understanding of leadership and the contribution of the feminine. We are particularly fascinated by research at Aston University and other Universities which underpins our ideas. Find out on the Research page.
Women in influential positions
Raising awareness of the complex interplay of the dominant masculine and the aspiring feminine is a task for both men and women on the Boards of Companies. We are looking for forward thinking Boards who want to explore beyond the simplistic 'Men' and 'Women' issues to examining the contribution of both masculine and feminine ways of understanding how organisations succeed. More on our WOMEN on BOARDS page.
Around the world
This contribution of feminine thought to organisations has a worldwide significance. In our partner organisation the space between, we are collaborating in a global research project led by Ashridge Business School and one of the UK's leading academics.
We are interested in the cultural norms between men and women at work. Here the first step is research on the balance between masculine and feminine practices in different countries and their cultures. Each culture may have traditions that deter the leaderful contribution of women. So the second step is to use this research, working with people to deliver leaderful learning at work appropriate in that culture. Each is different and has something to contribute to other cultures, and we will spread successful approaches that we find.
Briefings
We want to use all opportunities for leverage that we can. Project members will come and talk to groups and networks to raise awareness and understanding on the concepts of masculine and feminine thought. The briefings are mainly for practising line managers and HR specialists. We explore how these concepts illuminate each person's experience in their own context, and the effect of reflection and challenge on the dominant masculine thought processes.
