The LEADERFUL WOMEN Project
We passionately believe we have reached a time when the role of the feminine is of critical importance. Most especially in the way we manage our organisations.
This Leaderful Women Project is driven by ...
- the growing need for organisations and key individuals to embrace feminine as well as masculine values in the way we work
- the growing need of women (the main carriers of feminine values) to let go of the invisibility and holding back that has beset their contribution
- the growing need for men to understand feminine values, going beyond our irrational cultural barriers and language.
Sue Congram created this Project in 2010, when as a business psychologist she realised how the role of the feminine in decision making, could be increased dramatically to the benefit of organisations.
Benefits such as ...
- an increasing growth in the development of relationships crucial to business success
- in adopting humanistic methods to complement highly successful mechanistic methods
- in helping women understand how to bring their feminine nature into the world of work
- in supporting men who wish to encourage feminine values into their world of work.
This site is growing to explain these ideas, to involve women and men who are excited by the possibilities of a balance between the masculine and feminine at work.
And particularly for those who understand that the problem is not one of numbers, of quotas of women or even equal opportunity. It is about bringing feminine values into our Boardrooms and management practice - whoever brings them.
